Commis Chef Jobs Requirments:-
- Manage the AER’s compliance assessments and intelligence reporting and make clear, concise and sound recommendations that are supported by evidence, to assist in the AERs compliance and enforcement activities
- Oversee the development and management of intelligence and data sources (including collection, data extraction, and collation); associated intelligence frameworks; and the analysis and reporting of data and intelligence
- Manage the assessment, triage, and reporting of potential contraventions of national energy laws and rules including strategic and technical input into the analysis and resolution of compliance matters
- Identify and develop opportunities for proactive data and intelligence monitoring for non-compliance
- Oversee the drafting of a range of written material for a wide audience including correspondence, compliance strategies, guidelines, advice, and submissions on compliance issues and Board papers to present recommendations and analysis
- Build and maintain constructive working relationships with and manage expectations of staff, AER Board members, senior managers, external advisors, energy market participants, energy ombudsman schemes and consumer groups, and other stakeholders to progress AER functions and projects
- Ensure projects and resources are managed efficiently and effectively to produce timely outcomes and that intelligence and reporting systems are accurate and up to date
- Manage and contribute to projects that contribute to the day-to-day operation of the Branch
- Manage a team, develop and guide staff in a geographically dispersed work environment including delegating and reviewing work, and providing training and development opportunities.
